When I decided to take my Coaching into the Outdoors and build Nature into my Coaching practice, I realised how much of a shift this could be for me and my clients. It wasn’t until I started actually working out how to do it, and actually doing it that I really realised HOW much of a shift this was going to be. I have been amazed at the positive impacts in a very short space of time.
I wanted to start to share my learning experience whilst doing that, and so here it is, and will be, as I learn, make mistakes, have successes and lightbulb moments. I hope what I share can help you learn too, whether you are an outdoor educator looking to boost your coaching skills, a Coach looking to take your practice outdoors, or a client who has or is thinking of having their Coaching Outdoors.
